received an abrupt and obnoxious call from a "process server" claiming that I am being served papers due to "bad checks" from ACH withdrawls that did not go through for Alpine. I called the number that he provided along with the "account number". first off, the account number was wrong. secondly, this guy also called my family in florida. They told me that if I "settle" today paying via credit card they will not take me to court. I said to provide me with something in writing first, they refused and hung up the phone.

I just got a call from a CSC Lawyer firm or some one stating SSM is going to sue me and that I should have been served with papers as I had filled out an application on line and that sufices as agreeing for a loan. Well, 6 months ago or so my bank had me fill out forms as they scam people and blocked them from doing anything with my bank account. HOW stupid....I gave no one permission to do anything and this started off of an ad through Montel Williams and he is on the original page and then 1000 more companies who do pay-day loans have tried to get me to go with them.

Received a call today at work from a Janice Hall who works for Kendrick & Associates (877) 333-0713 which is some type of fact finder for Atlas Mediations. Actually, the call was made by someone else, but once I picked up, I was transferred to Janice. I was told that I owed an online payday loan from July 13, 2006. Janice told me that she was doing preliminary work at was about ready to fax a letter to my HR guy for job verification and send "paperwork" to Orange County. I told her I didn't know what she was talking about and that any payday loans I may have had back in 2006 had been paid.

I need some help. I had 5 payday loans out with the following companies: East Side lenders $575.00 paid back $690.00; ccs a.ka. money 2 advance $400.00 paid back $620.00; united cash loans $250.00 paid back $225.00; Integrity advance $600.00 paid back $144.00; & cash advance network $500.00 paid back $150.00... I sent all C&D letters, called the FTC, BBB, etc. So far money to advance sent me a refund for the amount i overpaid. and so far Integrity called me saying I owe 913.00 I said i can pay the principle if they send me an address, but she said no. I haven't heard anything else from them.
