Are they licensed to do business in Arizona?

if a person calls you and sounds like there from india do not pay them its a scam... there is no way to track them down but they are telling people they have a balance with them for another company and they dont... do not pay them.. tell them to show proff of the debt.

I know this is a forum to discuss issues w/ PDLs if you can't pay them back, but since most here are very familiar w/ their services and I'm not, I figured it a good place to ask the question. I'm a little short this month and I know for a fact that I'll have the $ next month so I want to know if PDLs are an OK source for the funds. I'm currently trying to settle w/ banks over CCs so my credit is screwed and family members are already helping me w/ the settlements so I don't really want to go to them again.

He said he represented Summit Group LLC. THat i took a payday loan out and its been years, (he didn't specify how long) and that they had been sending letters and phoning and they have not heard back. I haven't received and calls or letters to my home.

I secured a debt consolidation company before. They told me not to pay any more credit card bills, and they would negotiate for me. What happened was I was hounded by debtors...served papers from a sheriff showing up at my door. and eventually going into bankruptsy because of that company. Is there a good safe way to do debt relief?

I notice it says unsecured debt, does that mean I cannot get this if I have car payments too?
