So all my loans illegal/legal with the except of WS/CC are done, paid, settled. I had a Spotloan loan and I sent them all the ach/wage revoc letters and paid back the principal months ago like in early June. They haven't contacted me once or anything but when I log onto the account it says I still owe like $750. Which is all "interest". I took out a loan for $500 and I live in Michigan. Should I be worried that they'll come after me? It's been like 4 months and haven't heard a peep. Seems odd.

I am in Texas. Yesterday me and my boss and my HR debt and my husband began getting calls. 23 calls since yesterday. The person says that they are going to being a written notice of legal proceedings against me to my home and work. They asked me to call a # so I did. It is integrity advanced loan (or so they say). They say I took out this loan in 2010. I have no record of this company although I did take out a couple pay day loans back then. Any advice? Thank you guys for the advice I have been given in this forum. I can't tell you what a eye opener it has been. I have followed the advice on here exactly and I have had 3 pdl's respond with PIF letters. Castle Pay Day however has not.... and they are the ones I have paid the most. To make a long story short I have received 3 deposits totaling $3000.00 over the past few years... and paid all back until this one. I started receiving calls yesterday from an anonymous, intentionally blocked number. I do not answer blocked numbers. I have gotten a cal from this office and it appears to be located in OK and have an office in NY, but it does not appear anywhere that it has a branch or can opperate in South Dakota. This company call me and said that will take me to court if I don't come to term with the agreement for the payday loan that I never had. I look them up and nowhere to be found. It came up under the BBB and show a address and I look up it and it a UPS store. I verify the address with the UPS store and they do have a box with that suite number on it. I call the place and they said they are in a Commercial building business type.

I was forced to stop making payments on the credit card bills due to lack of job. I didn't make payments for nearly 6 months. However, after I got a job, I did start making payments to the credit card company. I have made payments for at least 9 months. The credit card company also has accepted the payments, but they have never sent me any statements. What should I do?
