Are any of these illegal in Ohio and what can I do to settle with them? I've got to get out of this nightmare and am willing to work hard to get this taken care of.

Some of my lenders are contacting me to say that my ACH debit was refused by my bank. American Web Loan left a message to say that it was in my best interest to contact them because I had already had several opportunities to work this out. Funny thing is, the last debit they did went through on 9/30. I suspect they are no longer able to ACH debit and want an alternative payment. Any way this can work to my advantage? Anyone have experience with this? Thanks!

I received a call today or i should say my son did how they got his cell phone number is baffling. Anyway they told him I had an unpaid payday loan and i was being charged with fraud. So in late August this company, Nationwide Credit Services (NCS) called and left messages on my friend's and family's answering machines stating that they were looking to take me to court over a payday loan from VIP Loan Shop on charges of defrauding a financial institution and breach of contract.
