I am located in Ohio and have the following payday loans: Plain Green Loans-borrowed $3000 paid back $712.32 Great Plains Lending-borrowed $1500 paid back $1053.28 American Web Loans-borrowed $900 paid back $0 Apply Advance America-borrowed $1400 paid back $0 Mobiloans-borrowed $1000 paid back 243.00 Where do I start? Are any of these illegal in Ohio and what can I do to settle with them? I've got to get out of this nightmare and am willing to work hard to get this taken care of.

Some of my lenders are contacting me to say that my ACH debit was refused by my bank. American Web Loan left a message to say that it was in my best interest to contact them because I had already had several opportunities to work this out. Funny thing is, the last debit they did went through on 9/30. I suspect they are no longer able to ACH debit and want an alternative payment. Any way this can work to my advantage? Anyone have experience with this? Thanks!

I received a call today or i should say my son did how they got his cell phone number is baffling. Anyway they told him I had an unpaid payday loan and i was being charged with fraud. That they were coming to my house today to serve me papers. Needless to say it scared the shit out of me and I have to admit I panicked. So I rushed home to find the previous info and she what I could find. Well I received the same kind of call a few months ago saying that it had to do with my bank account at my old bank.

Who can tell me about Payday Mobility? I think when they call in collections they say they are PMY. They keep calling me in Louisiana saying that I have officially be notified, not sure what that means, they say they have new information that has been brought to their attention and I need to know what it is immediately. ???

Hello Again. This is all starting to take it's toll on my mental health, I swear. So in late August this company, Nationwide Credit Services (NCS) called and left messages on my friend's and family's answering machines stating that they were looking to take me to court over a payday loan from VIP Loan Shop on charges of defrauding a financial institution and breach of contract. I spoke with them that day, scared out of my mind, and agreed to make a payment that day and set up a payment plan.

I just received a phone call saying that they have a case file against me and will be issuing 2 felony warrants for my arrest for check fraud? Can they really do this? I know it is because I closed my account a few years ago when I was having problems with payday loans?

I have defaulted on four payday loans: - CheckCity $999.79 - ACE Cash Express $1618.10 - Speedy Cash $601.17 - Check N Go $376.39 I've already revoked all ACH transactions from my account. I'm currently going through a major financial crisis in where the interest from all of these loans was eating away at me. I couldn't afford to live and pay these loans at the same time, so I defaulted on them. Now I'm scared as what they will do to me since I defaulted on them because the total of all these is over $3000. What can they do to you once you default on these loans?
