Does anyone know much about Alliance Asset Manangement collection agency? They are trying to collect for Sure Advance. I have paid back $900.00 on a $800.00 loan from Sure Advance and stopped ACH payments. Now this collection agency is saying that I still owe $913.00. It's my understanding that Sure Advance is not licensed in Illinois. Can someone confirm that for me? Can the collection agency collect on an illegal loan if the they (the collection agency) is licensed in Illinois?

Below I will list them by physical and online The first 3 are physical stores I go to Money Mart- Loan amount 423.00 on my 2nd loan same amount. Paid 467.76 reborrowed. Check smart- Loan amounts 400, 600, 600 paid back 450, 687.50 First American Loans bunches of them right now owe 587. The 3 physical stores I can get out of paying off...

I have 5-6 credit cards. I use these cards for purchasing clothes and accessories mostly. Sometimes, I make large purchases in a month. I just can't restrict myself whenever I see good accessories. I know this is my fault. I'm trying to restrict myself nowadays. To cut things short, I have not been able to pay the full bills every month. The balance gets carried over every month. I make only the minimum monthly payments every month. How will this affect my credit score? My current credit score is 560. I want to increase it for buying a condo in Hoover, Alabama.

I want to know if the credit card companies report the overall financial transactions to credit bureaus or just the monthly balance. My credit utilization ratio is below 10 percent. I make extra payment prior to the statement closing date every month. Is this strategy good? There's yet another thing I want to know. How long will the utilization ratio affect my score?

There was a time when I had taken out 4 credit cards from the same bank. All the 4 cards were sent to a collection agency in Homewood, Alabama. The collection accounts have been removed from the credit report. I am planning to take out another credit card from the same bank. Will the bank have records about my past payment history?

A debt collection agency from Headland has sent me 100 text messages regarding a debt. Is this a violation of FTC law?

I have a loan with payday nation. My last payment to this company was on 9/13/13 that resulted on an overpayment of $210 on the principal only of the loan. (initial loan $600). As advised this is an illegal lender (out of the united kingdom) I revoked ach and requested refund of $210. I logged into my account this morning and see that my account was marked as denied for the payment due today but also the payment on 9/13/13 was marked as denied in the payment history.

I have a PDL with Mobiloans for $1,000. I've paid $875. I sent the letter from this forum advising I would pay the remaining $125 on October 4th and revoked all ACH and wage assignments I may have signed. I've sent that email twice and they have not responded to me, however I logged in to their website today and it is saying I have a balance due of $815 and to call them with my next payment of $143 by my due date of October 9. So apparently they've logged the ACH revocation but not that I am only paying the principal.

LOL I know that I am not on here as much as I use to be but my life has been such a roller coaster these past 5 years that it isn't even funny. I live in pa have been dealing with these companies.With much of the same results as the rest of the people whom have dealt with them.Pa dept of banking has filed a recent enforcement action against westernsky cash call.My question is why can't i find an attourney in pa willing to handle suing them?
