do i still get home loss payment, if im on benefits

hi wonder if anyone can help me i took out a loan with toothfairy finance it was a payday loan in the uk and i never paid it they ring ant text me alot and write letters saying they are sending the bailiffs and police out to everywhere they no ill be and take my stuff is that right can they do that?:confused:

I have under $1500 in payday loan debt. I need assistance with paying them off. Please direct me to a company who can assist me with this. Thanks.

How can you call the number back when it hangs up and tells you to hang up and call the operator for assistance. These people call us every day and sometimes 2-3 times aday. I can't seem to reach them through the number they leave and it is so annonying!

Alliance Asset Management is trying to collect on a loan that I have received a letter on as paid in full from Eastside Lenders. Can I file a complaint in regards to Alliance buying an illegal loan and what more should I do in regards to Alliance.

I have in the past disputed a loan with Eastside Lenders and got a paid in full letter from them dated 3/21/10. I have got a letter from Alliance Asset Management stating that I own on a loan in the amount of $682.50. Do I call them or how do I handle this?

once i tell a payday loan company or collection agency that i want a letter of collection and they don't send it and they keep calling..am i in my rights to just hang up. again if they don't send me something in writing.

The company is now called 200cash.com. The application fee is now $19.00. They took the fee from my account then never deposited the money. They never emailed me that I was declined. I too have sent emails and no reply. The 714-839-1300 phone # is all automated and you have no way to leave a message. The contract clearly states the fee is non refundable and any attempt to call it an unauthorized charge will be viewed as trying to defraud the company. Who is defrauding who? This is a scam. They are the ones defrauding who knows how many people by making $19 off of loans they never approve.
