I had to extend several payday loans when my husband was laid off. They are getting the best of me and now I am falling behind. Is there a program that will consolidate payday loans into one/two monthly payments?

I am in so much debt and my husband does not even know I am going through this all by myself I became in debit borrowing money from friends and family members to cover the payday loans: Eastside lenders payday one ace Chck n go cashnet I don't know what to do I am so depressed and i have even conteplated suicide I desperately need HELP......

Someone passed this number for BOA on another thread....and I thank them...whoever it is. with everything going on, I forgot who it was...but want to say a BIG THANK YOU....I am so glad I found this group and am looking to pay it forward!!! the number for Senior Account is: 1-866-429-1097 they are the most helpful and have the most knowledge. they are willing to settle my husband's debt at 20-25%. However, this is after 4 months deliquent. But at least it is a fair settlement...wait longer and you may do better, but my anxiety could not take any more.

Can someone give me some reassurance on this- i have someone that calls everyday and tells me that they are going to serve papers here at my place of employment in North Carolina for a loan that i owe them - they will not provide their license number that makes them a legal lender and now they are threatening that they are going to serve papers and also garnish my wages. Can they do that?
