Like I mentioned above, I live in Idaho. I am in so deeply with Payday loans that I do not see a way out. I am desperate and embarrassed. I have no one to ask for help, and to make it worse, I am married and my husband has no idea whatsoever what a mess I am in. All loans are current, All are in my name only. All are due on the 1st of July to pay in full or renew. All are internet loans.

Are the post-dated checks you write for payday loans considered hot or bad check writing in the state of Texas?

Heres my dilemma. My husband and i have a joint bak account and today i found out that my account has been frozen due to a juggement from a credit card back in 2005, My problem is that he never had that credit card ad did ot know that someone else used his social security number to open this account.

I got a call today from 9192497720 that i owe $420 payday loan. They threaten me that they gonna arrest me, file lawsuit. Amazingly they have all of my Bank Information, SSN, House No and all that. But they never told me who is the creditor, at what date the amount was transferred to my account. They told me i had this loan since last year. I went through my bank Documents and i couldn't find any payday loan i got deposit from.

I need help or advice or any tips on what to do. I live in Utah and my husband and I have 4 payday loans through 3 companies. Checkpoint - $750 Check N Go - $350 EZ Loans - $400 We have just been paying them off then taking them right back out to try and keep current on bills and pay to extend other loans until we must pay them in full then take them back out. We keep taking out more and more and have been in this cycle for 1 year. I don't want to take out another loan but am not going to be able to keep current on rent, car, etc. PLease please please help me!

We have like 5 payday loans out and haven't fallen behind but this week won't be able to pay to extend or pay off on any of them. I don't want to get in more trouble with a scam payday loan consolidation company. Are their real ones that actually help? OR should I just close my account, and try to just take in a little at a time to all the different places I owe. Any help would be so apprieciated.

I have defaulted on two online payday loans and two storefront payday loans in which I had to write post dated checks for. I have received several threatening calls saying I will be arrested for default. I live in Texas, are they allowed to arrest me??

I got into the vicious cycle of online pay day advances. i have paid some more in interest alone than my original loan. i am not getting anywhere with the principals. i cant afford to pay them anymore this amount. i am thinking of closing my bank account and try to work out some more afforadble payment options. what can they do to me if i close my account and they dont accept more affordable options which will pay down my principals
