I live in Tennessee and owe over $1400 on 3 online payday loans: $200 to OSL Marketing, $500 to LoanPoint USA, and $750 to PayDay One. These are just the amounts of the original loans; with interest and fees they are much more than this. I don't have the money to pay. I did contact Langhorne Debt Solutions and they agreed to work with me. The only thing is, they want an initial payment of $100 (which I don't have) and then bi-weekly payments of $66.64 that I'm not sure I can afford. I'm already barely scraping by as is. Does anyone know of a cheaper company that is legit?

i took out a payday loan from a company called PLS back in june 25,2009 today i received a letter from the DA office telling me ive got 10 days to pay or i going to jail. the loan was with a store front and i wrote a check . i lost my job and never herd from them please tell me what i need to do ... i am scared of going to jail
