got a $200 loan on 3/4/2010 from "LOANSHOP/ANTILLE 8008069971", also known as Loan Shop Online. I replied to the email authorizing the FULL amount $200 plus the $60 fee to be taken out of my account on 3/26/2010, and $260 was deducted from my account on 3/26/2010. I assumed everything was settled.. On 5/26/2010, I received a phone call from "HCS" a representative named "Charles Watkins" with a call back number of 914-371-6826, gave me my case # for a lawsuit they are putting against me for the amount I borrowed, $200.

I pushed my case after 2 pre-trials, its now going to Trial within 5 Months, at the 2nd Pre-trial, The JDB Lawyer told the judge we had a dispute during discovery, he asked me what the Dispute was and I said I never got Sufficient Docs from them to show they own the debt and have Legal right to collect on it, the judge said noted and said to move forward to trial, So we went to the clerks office the trial was set, on the way out the JDB lawyer took a quick right to the bathroom, I thought that was kind of odd since he just went like 10 mins before, wishful thinking maybe he went back to the cl

I am so upset with them. I received a call from an attorney's office this afternoon,which they also called my husband from which I'm separated from. Anyways I called them, they said that if I don't come up with a certain amount by Friday that they are going to send it to the courts here in the county I reside in, stating that its in regards to a fraudant check charging outrageous fees and that I could have my wages garnished, which I told them that in the state of Florida they could not garnish my wages. They also said that I could serve time. This is back from 2007.

I have had my home for about 10 years. I have had a mortgage for about 8 years (we took over for a friend and refinanced with my name on it). In 2008, I got an unsecured loan to pay off some old bills. When I did so, the local credit union ran my credit report and I got a copy of it. The amount that I still owed as shown on my report (for the house) was about 12000.00. This was in 2008. When I checked to see what the remaining balance on the home was earlier this year, I was told it was 34000.00.

I received a letter from BOA on the account I am alreday in default for 3 months and the balance is 12K, that they are changing my agreement which will go in to effect on Aug 2010. It talk about late fees and Arbitration. How this will effect me current effort to settle the account? Any advice?

I have been getting multiple daily calls on my cell phone for 2 months now from this number: 800-392-4029. Accounts Receivable Technology 1 Woodbridge Center, Suite 410 Woodbridge, NJ 07095 It's an automatic recorded message, and the caller never identifies themselves, or the company that they work for. The person that calls is extremely rude, and says "this is a very important matter. This call is for "YOU", "YOU" need to know why we're calling you. This is major harassment, and these calls are not even for me!!! This company seems to be engaged in illegal practices!
