Can a collection company puy negative info on my credit report without having my social security Number?

I have a collection agency threatening me. They keep calling me at work even though i tell them i cant get phone calls at work. It is for a pay day loan and the check bounced. So I don't know if i should pay them back. They don't want to take payment plans, they just want the full amount right away

I have payday loan nightmare. I recently read that if not licensed in your state you do not have to pay. Can I use that to stop finance charges and just pay the loan? I have 3 payday loans and none of them are on my states licensed website.

2 years ago my student balance when graduating was 138K, today its 198K with forbearances and late fees etc. I am now 68 days late on the ridiculously high payment, ~1200, and they won't lower my payment to something i can afford ~600, so thats when I stopped giving them any money. I live in Texas and my understanding is that its illegal to garnish wages here and since its private they can't take my tax returns. Well I recently sold some property I inherited awhile back and will take home 145K.

I've been dealing with BOA on a business card left over from a failed business that I was a partner in (and signer on the card). They really haven't called very much but the person who called me today said my cycle date was the 4th of the month and that I was currently 150 days over. I've been in contact with them since this account went delinquent but have not had the daily calls I experienced with others. They offered 45% and I countered with 25%. They wouldn't even hear it.

I am currently in the army and my credit has hit a snag....I have multiple debts and they have to be taken care of.....was considering a debt repayment loan.....I understand that you need good credit, but with me being in the military can't I just set up an annulment? That gaurantees payment...wouldn't it look better and increase my chances? I know my credit isn't good at all...and a co-signer is pretty much out of the question but I have to get this debt taken care of...ASAP. Any words of wisdom would be great! I just got a letter today about a company named Midlan Funding LLC. The lady on the phone I spoke to tried to get information out of me when my question was what is this bill for and I've havent seen this amount on my credit report or in the mail. She stated they are suppose to be for a credit card (Mastercard) HSBC I only have 2 credit cards and they are both Visas. Asked her if she had the number to the company won't give it to me stated that since they hired them I've got to talk to them, if I'm disputing this then need to send in a letter stating that I'm disputing the claim.

I am trying to find a template for the revoke ach authorization letter. Can someone help me?
