I'm in a stuck waiting process....I have current student loans and a current car loan, neither of which were delinquent but do carry fairly high balances. I also have 3 collections, all paid but a few years old. These collections are hampering me from getting credit. I was recently denied capital one credit card, and getting that car loan in december took some time what advice is there, besides secured cards, for getting the credit boosted?

Credit report says I have 0 debt. Yet it's showing me all this money I owe on my report. What does that mean?

I have only $2000 in credit card debt, but I am behind on my mortgage. I need $3000 to catch up my mortgage, and would also like to pay off my cards. I have bad credit, and have not been able to get a small loan (from anyone) for even the $3000. Any suggestions?

How do you find out who the ACH processors are? We are not having an easy time getting this account closed and while the Stop payment worked it is not going to last and there is a day delay so the account can never seem to get closed becuase there is always something pending. The bank is of no help because they can not put the account in a credit only status until she goes through the fraud department and they pull the contracts from these people and they see if she has fulfilled her obligations.

I have a CO on my Credit Report for Capitiol One. The account was placed with Resurgent Capital Services. I have been paying Resurgent through my Debt Counseling company. Can I get my credit report to report this and put a PP on my credit report instead of CC? Would it even help my score??

We keep getting calls from MCM(midland credit management) for my step son, I told them he does not live here and to quit calling. These calls just started last week, well they keep calling and always says unknown, well today my daughter answers and they leave a message with her with a number, name and extension.
