What? ok first I googled the number he told me to call 904-374-7445, i found many people stated that it was with National Check Processing?. I called the number back to see what the heck was going on and a woman answered, when I asked for the company name she said they were a check processing company but wouldnt go into detail.

One to Cash Net USA was for $500 originally One to Cash Direct Express for $400 originally I am already in the process of dealing with the fact the Cash Direct Express is not legal in the state of Utah., just trying to figure out how much I should pay them back., As for Cash Net USA. I have paid them I believe close to $400 in roll over fees.

I have repeatedly tried to get Balley Total Fitness off of my credit report. All three have been talked to and I even had an attorney on the case. Balley's agreed that the case was bogus as I had a contract that was a family plan. I had to leave their facilities due to health reasons and sent them a doctor's note accordingly. They agreed to let me out of the contract. I received a letter stating this fact and then three months later they sent me a bill for $588.

I heard great things about DS Financial. I called today and they gave me good advise, however how do I know to trust these guys. They didn't ask for money upfront and told me I was responsible for paying the creditor directly once the settlement is negotiated and they would charge me a fee once the settlement is done.

I was listening to my father have a phone conversation a little while ago with a collector. After listening to him I looked at the paperwork he was calling about. LVNV bought out a debt on an old Sears card that he had. The paperwork they sent was copies of the default judgement and it said that they were going to garnish 25% of his wages. He had lost his job back when the judgement happened and told them this at the time. He never heard from them since then until now. The Sears card debt was originally around $5000 but of course thanks to interest it's up to about $7000 about now.

Hi, took out a $300 loan with VIP Loan Shop. I've already given them $450. Unable to pay them back, sent them stuff from here, including the state laws and how they're illegal where I live (AZ). Also told them to apply what I've given them to the balance. This is what I got back: Mrs. _____, I respect a consumer who researches the services to which he/she uses. With that being said when you applied for and agreed to the terms of the loan it would have behooved you to read the complete contract you were agreeing to.

Prior to our marriage my husband took out private loans from Citibank and Sally Mae to the tune of about 200K with his parents as his cosigners. Do the lenders have any recourse the garnish my wages, impact my credit, etc. as his wife if the loans go into default? We were married filing jointly this year but plan to move to married filing separately next year (none of the loans are in default currently). I will be the primary wage earner for the foreseeable future.
