Can anyone shed some light on the latest with Amex and Citi? I am 120 days behind on Amex and today they told me they do not offer settlements anymore. That has got to be a load of BS right? Have not talked to Citi yet but am 90 behind with them. Any recent settlement offers at Citi? July 2013 need recent info. Thanks!

I got a few loans, not even sure which one is calling. But I stopped dealing withthem because the people was just rude. Telling me I can't talk unless they tell me and continued to harass me and my managers at work. I don't know how the laws work in tx about garnishing my check. I have every intention to pay them back, which I have said to them, but still they were just rude and wouldn't let me set up a payment plan

I got a phone call saying call us back with this case number so we can collect info to serve papers. . Said he wants to serve me papers, so the courts can garnish my wages. The loan was taken out in Texas. They don't garnish wages. I now live in NH. What should I do? Can he do this? So confused. Looked up garnishment laws in NH and in TX. I make less money than able to be garnished in NH. Help!!

Can AD Astra Recovery Service try to collect on an illegal payday loan in Texas? And if not how do I get it removed from my credit report.

I am totally exasperated with an auto loan company in Menlo Park. The account is in a good condition. However, the lender is reporting the wrong amount on credit report. I have contacted the auto loan company and tried to sort out the issue several times, but they have not co-operated with me at all. What should I do to resolve the issue?

I live in Alabama and have taken a loan out with Riverbend Finance, LLC . Does anyone know if this is a illegal payday company for loans in Alabama? I have paid the org loan amount, but they are saying I only paid the interest and that Alabama law does not apply to them because they are a tribal lender.

I currently have 4 PDLs. I need any advice available on how to get out of this cycle that has grown out of control. I have PDLs at the following places: PayDayMax - $277.43 Plain Green - $411.80 Mobiloans - $1011.30 Great Plains - $1000 I have been paying on time never behind, but these do come directly out of my checking account the ACH debit every two weeks. It has come to the point where it is unbearable. I know this is my fault in an effort to make ends meet during the rough times. One of the loans (PayDaxMax) I only have 2 more payments.
