I got judgement in the mail and we were suppose to go arbitration and the other lawyer asked to vacat and go straight to judgement. Now I have a judgement and do not know if I have optios?

I've been recieving calls from this CA on my cell and at work. The # is 866-839-7277. I called back and after asking for a DV from the woman who answered the call she immediately transferred me over to a very rude gentleman. During the conversation he became increasingly agitate when all I was asking was who the original creditor was. He kept telling me to be quiet and shushing me whenever I asked him questions. Finally he told me it was from Credit One Bank credit card that I took out in March of 08. I do own]e the money.

I usually have a fast internet but right now it seems to be lagging quite a bit. I'm uploading a 107MB file onto YouTube and it seems to be taking a while. Is there a way to speed up my upload and my internet? The browser I'm using right now is Safari.

I am looking to enroll in a debt settlement program and have been researching a few companies. From what I hear it is important to find a good one to work with. Rapid Debt Settlement has been highly recommended to me by several people. Does anyone have any experience working with them? I have 70k in unsecured debt struggling to make min payments.

Hello Everyone, I am a college senior who will be graduating in May. I came to college with no insurance, no money and no financial knowledge. I willingly signed up with the cool kids outside of the footballs games for credit cards to get free frisbees, water bottles and t-shirts. At this point, my credit is totally shot and my scores are ridiculously low. ( By the way, I also don't even have the cheap frisbees anymore either lol). This is probably going to be long because I am want to give you guys all the pertinent information. Thank you in advance for any help, suggestions, advice, etc.

I paid my debt to a collection agency which was written of by the original creditor sears. Even though they stated they were contacting me on behalf of sears and the Sears rep I spoke to before dealing with the collection agency said they were representing them so to speak, I should have verified it through another method but its too late now. I have paperwork showing they were collecting from me on behalf of Sears what else can I use to send to the credit bureau in dispute of this debt that I paid off?

My payroll check is being garnished of over $100 a week. I am only bring home 191.00 a week It is for a medical bill that I thought was paid in 2003. I tried to pay amount of 100.00 a month to the better business bureau, but because of my current obligations, I could'nt afford pay it. So I tried to call them to explain that I can't do it. I always got a answering machine which says that will call in 48 hrs. Well, I didn't hear from them until funds was taking out. Now, I am working with my credit union to make a settlement and they wont bludge. They only offered to take 45.00 off.

Does anyone know the names of companies that do this? All the ones I've talked to either don't do storefront or payday loans at all. Help!!:(

I got into trouble with my creditors when my job cut back on the overtime and Ifell behind on by payments .Iwould like sum suggestions on what to do first? Should I contact a debt relief company or try to get a consolidation loan... what do you suggest?
