So, have multiple PDL's...have to stop the madness and am taking out a loan from my bank to pay the LEGAL companies and I am finding out that all but two are NOT LEGAL. I have paid one company 13 roll-overs for a $300 loan at $79 each and wrote them and told them I was done... Anyways, here I live in the State of Wisconin and can't seem to determine if 1 or 2 roll-overs are legal here.
