I took the means test and passed for chapter 7 , my questions are i have a renatal house that the tenants hardly ever paid and made me behing in payments then moved out and trashed the place , there is no way i could get what I owe for the place. I'm also 80 k in CC debt and behind in all payments , In my primary resident i only have 1000.00 in equity both my cars are worth about 2500.00 per car. I don't care if i lose the rental house , but will I be able to keep my house I live in . I live in PA. Is it better to include rental in BK or just let them forclose on the rental.

Hi. I owe $60k on a Wells Fargo Businessline. The business has been liquidated over 2 years and I kept paying the interest but no longer can afford to. Has anyone settled one of these or have any suggestions?

I know that years ago it was possible to get CC companies to lower your rate by calling and being persistent. I tried today with a couple cards and had no luck (even with a card with 24.5%). My payment history is excellent. I was persistent and threatened to transfer my balance or close the card, and they didn't care. I was even transferred to a supervisor and then a manager, and they still refused. Anyone have luck doing this lately?
