I have plain green (found out illegal) and cashnet (legal). Both will come out around 17th. I am going to notify them no later in writing than the 10th revoke ACH. Going to close account and take letters to bank on 14th. I will then pay principle via money order with cashnet and worry about P.G. in a few weeks. Should this stop the ACH

I have received more than 20 collection letters from a junk debt collector in Trabuco Canyon, California. I have asked them to send documents to me several times. However, they have not done so. I’m just tired of receiving the collection letters. I’m thinking of contacting the original creditor. Will I be able to get documents from them? Has anyone got any success? Hello. I need help. I am in serious payday loan hell. It all started back in December 2011 when I was just $435 short on rent and it was Xmas... All I want was $1,000. But of course I couldn't get it from one lender. I had to do 4 different ones. Then I was laid off work. I got another job with fairly decent pay and I'm trying to get myself back on track. I stumbled upon this forum back in March but was too chicken to start the process. I was going through a security clearance at work and was afraid if I stopped paying the PDL lenders would somehow get back to my clearance reviewers.

I want to settel before my court date, if I set up payments can I ask them to file a document that would require a hold on a judgement, something that would not allow them to bring it back to court if something happens and I don't make the payment on time.

I received a call from this number today (205) 637-9345. The gentleman sounded Indian and said that my attorney or I needed to call him about an important matter. I couldn't make out his name, but he referenced an attorney's office. The number is a cellphone or unlisted number in Alabama. I called to see if was some scam and the person answered by stating the name of the attorney's office (I still couldn't make it out) and said he was attorney so and so. I have dealt with lawyers in the past and know they don't answer the phone by saying attorney so and so.

Ok, so here is the the lay of the land. I have 45k in CC debt. I just got divorced, I pay alimony and rent. Chase Visa #1 - 10,500 15% Chase Visa #2 - 6,500 15% Amex - 8k 25% Barclays - 5k 20% Wells Fargo - 14k 11% All told my min payments per month are $1150 I just (yesterday) lost a decent potion of my income and now make about 70k... After looking at my finances moving forward I can comfortably afford to pay roughly $700 a month in min payments. (Total) I was hoping not to settle...

I have 9 loans and when i took them out i was going to repay them. Situations changed and i can not afford to pay them. i have stopped ACH on my accouns and now one says they have filed a civil judgement againsit me. I am in Maryland. I need advice.
