Just wanted to share with you all that my daughter had another ultrasound and she found out that the baby is doing really good and that she's gonna have a boy :) So sometime in April I will have a grandson!!! :) (thats the good news) The bad news is that my baby Wiskers (the cat in my avator) had to be put down this morning. We found out that she had a liver disease and her kidneys were failing :'( She was only 5 years old :'( So it was a sad day for us today. She was living with my daughter since she moved out. I gave her to my daughter because she said her apartment was lonley.

I am currently unemployed and I have stopped paying CashCall. I have heard in the wake of the California lawsuit they are sending out generous settlements to accounts in default such as pay $1000 and be done with it. They recently sent me an offer to make a payment and get a two month deferment. Should I take the deferment or hold out for the overall settlement offer?

i have 22,000 cc debit..if i use debt settlement..it will take maybe 2 years....can i let the cc companies go that long before i settle..???

I had six credit card balances that are listed as charged-off. Five of those I have paid in full through the collection agencies. One of the six I settled with a collection agency. My score is around 530. What is the next step??? Is there anything I can do to increase my score or improve the status of the listings...or do i just wait 7 years. Thanks

I had a loan that my mother cosigned for me.. Now, I recently consolidated my debts with a non profit counsel place (she had to sign with me to consolidate because she was a cosigner) Now she recently tried to refinance or remortgage on her home (dont know the difference) they told her this debt has to be paid off before she can proceed, Is there anyway around this? i feel soo bad for putting her in this position.

Hi, I keep getting a call from 913, lady's name is Lisa I believe. I know it's in reference to a payday loan and she's leaving messages stating they are going to start processing Litigation paperwork. According to some post I have read Payday loans are prohibited in Connecticut. I would like to get their contact information so I can send them a letter to make them aware of CT law against payday loans. If anyone can get me the info this would be great. Also, if anyone can help me with the process of filing a complaint, this too would be appreciated. Thanks.

Okay, first, I have learned so much from this site today! My husband and I have 4 total pd loans: checkngo: 588 mycashnow: 679 checkcity: 588 cashnetusa: 588 Here's the deal: we moved from Arizona to Illinois. 3 of those loans are with a bank account in AZ that we never use anymore but just didn't close. Since we had used the lenders before, we just pressed one button to apply and didn't update anything. The mycashnow one, though, is in ILL and connected to our everyday account.

I got a call today that they are going to have a warrant out for my arrest because they are accusing me for bank fraud because TD Bank closed my account. I wanted to know if this is true do i need fight this. I am goin to the bank tomorrow to get paper works...

So i figured out the outrageous amounts i have paid to these lenders. I had a loan w/ Oneclick cash for $200.00, i ended up paying back $410.00. Another loan with them for $300.00, and i paid them $675.00 Ameriloan, i had a $300.00 loan, and paid them $885.00 I currently have another $300.00 loan with oneclick cash. I have already paid $265.00 towards it. I also have another $300.00 Ameriloan, first payment of $90.00 is scheduled to come out Friday. I bank with a credit union. I e-mailed them, and they say i need to contact the risk management department.

i'm sure your tired of posting the same thing over and over but i'm still a little confused on the payday loan legal/illegal issue... i live in ny and have 9 pdl open right now.
