Does anyone know who owns this number 716-332-1815. They called my work this week and I wasn't there. Two names they mentioned to the person who took the call Myron Williams and Daniel Cain.

I just deleted about a dozen new threads in various categories all asking questions about I Phones. These were in the moderator board. Has anyone else seen these?

I wrote on here awhile ago about 500 fast cash and making a final payment based on what was already paid and the California laws, however I am having issues trying to figure out how to write the letter to them. Do I add the Calif law information and then breakdown all the payments along with the true amount owed, then send them the amount via money order at that time. Or should I send them the letter then after they agree send them the money order? Plus they have just sent an email with a website of theirs that I can make an offer through, is this worth doing that way? Thanks SKR

Hi Everyone, I have posted on here a few times. Here is an update of my Chase encounter. My original balance was $24,000. I offered Chase to settle for 35% ( around $8400)the first month late. They declined several times. They would not offer a decent settlement because they said I transferred some balances to the card just before I quit paying.

I am/was going to try to buy a home. I was told that I would have to pay off all my collections in order to qualify. Of the 25 accounts listed on my credit report I have 5 in good standing, and 13 i have settled with,3 that are not suppose to be there (accounts transferred to different CA) 4 that are the original creditors(but have been paid when I settled) When I called to pay, they all told me delete was not an option. So I just settled. Now I am wondering what I can do to get some of them off my credit report.

Ok so my bank calls me and says that I was having money withdrawn and returned a bunch so my banks branch manager tells me that since it was doing that to just close the account. I'm new to all this and was wondering that in any arizona law is it a criminal act to close a bank account with online payday loans signed to that account. I'm in desperation mode bcuz they destroyed my bank account and could loss my place to live with family due to 600 negtive and no rent. If anyone can do this please cuz I've tried for awhile to find everything out.

im on a disabilty pension and i have a lot of debt in creditcards and other bills i dont get very much in a pay does any one have any advice

I recently have had calls from a (so-called_ Lawyers office..'Thompson and Associates'. They are trying to collect on a debt, that is almost 4 years old. I've told them to stop calling several times. However.....they still continue to do so. They have, also, sent me several letters. Has anyone heard of them?
