Does anyone have a mailing address for National PayDay Loan? All I got was an address from Costa Rica. Surely there must be a US mailing address?

I was told that I do not have a valid answer for the civil summons, I live in NJ. The Plaintiff is GE Money Bank - Lyons,Daughty & Veldhus.PC Nationwide Credit sent a letter this last February, when I asked for validation, the reply came from the law firm. The only validation I received was the amount and GE Bank as the creditor. I sent another validation letter to the law firm, was sent court papers, that are valid I called the court. Got my Answer back today for my Interrogatories and prod of Documents, they sent me mostly the same paper work, 5 old statements and the same affidavit of debt and bill of sale that does not have any info of me or my account number on it, they also included a credit card agreement with none of my personal info on it as well, I cant even read it, I can only see a year of 1999, they also included a second Affidavit of debt stating that once a account number is open and the account is transfered or charged off a new account number is asigned and thus the 3 different account numbers they have pr

I am receiving collection calls from some agencies seeking the previous owner of my new home phone number. after some effort to finally talk to a person from sprint regarding tonigh's automated call, I was told I needed to contact my phone carrier to get the calls re-directed. Phone carrier I spoke to can only change the number, which I WILL NOT be doing. Can I draft a cease and desist letter to sprint for the phone harassment, and does this all still fall under fair collections even though I am admittedly not the delinquent account holder.

I have a credit card that I was not able to pay on for the past two years. Before the account went delinquent i called the creditor and was told they could not help me because the account was not delinquent. When i was not able to make the payments anymore i was sent to a collection agency. I initially used $500.00 on the card which I am willing to pay now that I can afford to. My credit report indicate that I owe $1152.00 and that the debt was purchased at 1662.00. Is this legal. The debt has basically doubled trippled in the space of two years.

It's been well over 1 1/2 years since I had a payday loan. I'm not even sure who it was through. I now have a company called D.C. Capitol calling my relatives talking about affidavites and legal stuff. One of these family members would not have been listed as a credit reference. Not sure how they got cell phone numbers for these people. What should I do? I live in NJ and I'm not sure how to stop the calls to these people. I have never been contacted by this company, they seem to be calling my family. Of course they then call me concerned. Is D.C. Capitol a collection agency?

So I am about to DV some companies on my CR. Their mailing addresses are mostly PO Boxes. Should I sent the DV's to the PO Boxes or to the physical addresses?

I got one of those credit cards for people w/bad credit. I only did it to get back on the right track, which actually worked because I was never late & was able to raise my credit score. This was one of those deals where you start out with $300 limit & have to pay $100 annual fee, plus a monthly maintenance fee. They recently closed the "program" & assured me it had nothing to do with my payment history or anything - anyone on this program had their accounts closed.
