I'm a bit confused. I have 2 seperate agencies claiming they are to collect on the same debt? Is that even possible or legal? I have DV'ed them both.

I just received this email from BBB in regard to my claim against oneclickcash... To Whom It May Concern: We recognize this complaint as a response to a template of a form letter circulating the Internet. This form letter is full of mis-leading and inaccurate information. Unless this customer has a specific complaint regarding the handling of their account, we do not believe a response is warranted. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. They want me to respond back.

I was wondering who on these boards can help? I am in dire need of roughly a $15,000 personal loan, and I have poor credit. I am prior military and while in, I made alot of bad mistakes and have many collection accounts on my report. I have a security clearance and I fear I am close to losing it bc of these collections. My only option is to get one larger loan, pay them all off at one time and have only this new loan to pay for. I can afford upwards of $1,000/month and I am willing to accept a high interest rate. Do you have any suggestions?

I have 2 business accounts now 90 over due. Rep called me today and I explained situation and mentioned meeting with Bank Ruptcy Lawyer, which I have not done yet. She mentioned settlement but said hands are tied right now. She said if go BR route have Lawyer contact them about settlement. I am assuming that they would settle with me direct as time goes by. No need to contact BR Lawyer. Is my assumption correct? Thanks

I just got a voicemail from Lighthouse Recovery although they did not identify themselves. They just left a number to call. I had PDLs with Discountadvances, Oneclickcash, Nationwidecash and Kenwood Services. I overpaid on all except for Kenwood who didnt want my balance payment. All letters have been sent to them as well as BBB. Anyone have any idea as to who this is tied to ?

Has anyone heard of NCRC debt consolidation? Are they good or scams?

A week after I received my Qwest bill for 89.71, I get a letter from ER Solutions saying it was sent to collections, and they are demanding payment. There is no due date on the Qwest bill, it just says: "upon receipt". Currently Qwest is only billing me for Directv. Their check is in the mail. I am going to call Qwest tomorrow and tell them I no longer want them billing me, and that I would rather get the bill directly from Directv. What should I do about ER Solutions now? Have Qwest get them on the phone with me?

Hi All- Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. I applied for a $5000 loan through two companies. Premier1Financial and Cedarwood Financial Group. I was "approved" but the required collateral 4 to 5 months payment in advance. RED FLAG. They sent me loan documents which looked semi-legitimate but had a few red flags primarily no information as to how the payments would be made (i.e. no info on sending a coupon book and not even requesting checking account information so they could debit payments).
