I too am in over my head and located in Cincinnati, ohio. I have loans(deposited into my account) of $800 - Check Smart, $600-Check Into Cash, $500-Ace Cash Express and PaydayOne-$400(internet checking). Today I will need to pay $575 for the Ace Cash Express one and then reloan to make sure my bills are paid and then on the 30th try to pay off the others. They are 30 day loans. Please advise how I can get out of this.

yesterday my 5 year old came home from school just laughing his little pants off and i asked him what was so funny he couldnt even calm down enough to tell me about a hour later he finally came out to my kitchen and said. I've been going back and forth with The Loan Shop Online in regards to a payday loan that I got for $100. Long story short I kept haggling back and forth with them since I had already paid $45 but they wanted the $100 plus $15 processing fee.

i need help with this issue. i have been paying 25.00 per month on this debt through NCA (National Credit Adjusters). i was letting them take it out of my checking, but due to unauthorized activity, our bank advised us to open a new account. we did that and now this colection agency called 7:50 p.m. last evening and the gentleman said to me "are you in hiding?" i immediately went at him and i was angry. i am on social security my only income and have been trying to pay peter to pay paul so to speak. you get one debt and then the letters start pouring in from all of them...

How much notice do you need to give a PDl to stop them from withdrawling money leagally on an ACH withdrawl?

I got a call today from a collection agency in Florida. They asked for me and I asked them to leave a message. The man then asked for a supervisor or boss to speak to. I said none was available (thank GOD I answered the phone call) and he said "This is a place of business and you don't have a supervisor available?". I asked what he wanted and he said he wanted to speak to me. I asked why and he said he was calling on behalf of Paycheck Today. I told him he was not allowed to call me at work and he said "I can take this # out of the system but you have to talk to me".

Just got a letter stating legal action will be taken \and will be sent to a court of law if I do not pay. What should I do? I know I don't have the money to pay. and I dont even know who the creditor is. I just faxed them a debt validation letter what is the next step?

Hi All - So far this site has been a great help to me...so thank you! I have a few questions regarding some items I disputed at all 3 agencies. 1- If Transunion confirmed some items, Equifax deleted them and Experian never got back to me, can I do anything as far as showing the others that Equifax deleted the items and hope they'll do the same? (might be a stretch but who knows...) 2- Transunion confirmed something as mine but I dont know exactly what it is. So, I sent a debt validation letter to the collections agency this month certified letter and never heard back.

Hurray!! I got my 1st PIF yesterday from them. The usual BVI law prevails however lender has no desire to expend non-productive efforts by offering services to those of us who don't recognize the value of it. PIF is what matters to me. I am most greatful for all your help. Now my other enemies are still waiting to attack cmg group, integrity advance, and of course united cash and us fast cash. Letters were sent Monday still no reply.Please still be here for me. God has my hand but I need all of you. Thanks!

On august 25th, I received a letter from the attorney stating my case had been forwarded to their office by the credit card company. In the letter they stated they would validate the debt if I sent a request within 30 days of receving the letter. On september 14th, I was served a lawsuit. Today I sent the debt validation letter. Was this too late? They did say they would give me 30 days. I have 20 days to answer the lawsuit, so I thought I would give them about 10 days to to receive my letter and reply. If they dont reply, then this will provide evidence for my answer to the court.
