GFSIL, OR formerly high country loans an impact payment, do anyone no if one of these , RBT uses to take money from my account? i need to tell the bank to stopped payment from RBT. please help

...I just received a letter from AFNI saying they are trying to collect a debt from a Verizon bill that HAD to have been at least 6 years ago. I'm not even sure if its real or not but anyways... I was approved for an FHA loan last week. I also received this letter from AFNI last week.

My account just went Nationwide Credit spoke with them today and they offered 20% on $12,900 the account is about at 120 days.

thet are from shawnee mission,ks. they said i owe a debt from a payday loan but on the letter they send me say american consumer credit. they said they have all my imformation on me.they said i can make my own payment plan to pay them back.i told them i want to see proof.so they said they will send it. what should i do.help me please

I was wondering if anyone has dealt with this firm I don't know if they are linked with a payday loan or a credit card. They are saying that if I don't contact them within 24 hrs they are going to go to my county and have me served for a immediate recovery on my name and social security.

Hey........ Im new to the forums so bare with me... I had a credit card with washington mutual (now being chase) which got closed due to not using it at all, is there any way to delete this off my credit report? does that show up as a negative on my credit report? I also had Capital One send me to collections due to not paying my balance this was like 6 years ago....... and now its showing off as paid in full.... how do i delete this? I also had a tribute credit card that i ended up paying in full one time and closed it and its still showing up...

Do I need a formal letter to the bank if I am trying to stop an ACH transaction from going through? And if so does anybody know where to find one? I've seen the letter for the actual PDL's but haven't been able to find one directed at the bank. I know there is a 3 day period before the transaction goes through that an ACH must be withdrawn per Federal Guidelines. I guess my worry here is that I go to the bank and talk with them, they say we'll stop it, then it still goes through.

I have been getting threatening calls from a company called VCS and they are threatening to send "documentation" to my employer. Does anyone have an address or fax number for them so I can send a letter to revoke a wage assignment?
