how do I change my forum from debt to payday loan?

I have sent the letter revolking the ACH and wage assignment. I have also stated I want the amount overpaid on loan 1 applied to the balance of loan 2. That would leave a small overpayment that I willnot request back if marked paid in full. I got an email stating they will settle for $550.90, which is the loan amout and fee minus what I paid on this loan. I was advised if I don't make arrangements in 3 days, this will be sent to a collection agency. Has anyone had this happen to them with my cash now?

Will this help with my utility bill? my power was shut off and i cant pay what they want me to to turn it back on

For the most part I understand there are sites such as BBB, and etc that give them high credibility however I was concerned since I encountered an incident when one was trying to explain to me that it is important to share password information between customer and law firm. This really confused me and I felt extremely uncomfortable to think that my definition of a password is usually a individual set of characters that is only known to one's self. I may have posted on the wrong forum so maybe I’ll try this one.

Hi, I am new to this forum and would like some advice. I have cc debt (around 8500) with 4 different cc companies. Currently my Chase account is with a collection agency and my Citibank will be also. I was wondering if it is better to negotiate a settlement with them directly or use a settlement company. Are collection agencies easier to settle with than the original creditor? I just want to settle things asap without getting to the point of being sued. I continually receive collection calls and do not want them to start hounding my family or me at work as well.

well its like this.. while i was in college i pretty maxed out my credit cards. and was unable to pay them . among citibank which totals 13000. chase and bank of america ( settled). and a couple of others. to top it off with some loans. before you know it i owed well over 39000. in debt. anyway around last year. i decided to pull up my credit. and decided to do some homework . and managed to settle a few and now m down to 27000. but anyway. so im on here to learn and maybe clean up the rest of this stuff by next year or so.

WoW Spam bot is here! I have $20000 on a BOA card and can no longer pay. I have stopped payments, but wont actually miss my first in years till the 16th. I have resolved to go the Debt settlement route. I have narrowed it down to working with CRN, or ZiP Debt. Have talked with CRN already. calling zip tomorrow. I feel certain that I can do this myself with a bit of coaching, training, and encouragement. Would anyone like to suggest alternatives to either of the two companies mentioned, criticisms of either, or other encouragement?
