I have heard that HSBC credit card company will sue. I presently owe them about $550.00. They offered a settlement and I would have loved to have taken them up on that but I didn't have the money at that time. Now they have turned me over to a "collection agency".. I called the collection agency and tried to work out a payment plan. . however, they wanted some money that particular day that I called. I had no money that day, but I was trying to make arrangement s for when I did get paid.

I need to see if anyone can help me out. I have a defaulted PDL with Payday-Loan-Yes. I borrowed $350.00 and have paid back $105.00 to date. I ended up closing my bank account due to the number of outstanding PDL's and my inability to even pay the interest and keep up with my household bills. I received a call today from a person who identified themselves as being with First National handling collections for Payday-Loan-Yes. He ended up calling me a dumb %ss *itch on the phone.

I opened an internet PDL while living in VA with Zip19.com. They attempted to debit my account in 2 transactions and both were declined. I have been getting stern calls from Eric Grant and want to know what's the best way to deal with this? I obviously want to pay them back, since they did in fact loan me the $$, I just can't do it in 1 payment, as Eric is insisting that I do. He's called my cell phone and work phone numerous times and has left rude messages. Does anyone have any advice?

I received a letter with a Bank of America logo on it, stating that my debt with with them has reached a critical point,and that I need to call them at this number by today. (i am over 100 days past due) Is this a 3rd party collection agency? When I called, they answered the phone "card services" but didnt mention bofa. I just received a letter from Chase Bank forgiving yet another debt I placed with the Hess Kennedy firm. My HSBC, Capital One Accounts and now my Chase accounts are all settled with no derogatory information on my credit report. My claim with the receiver has now been denied. This is fine I guess, I only paid $3500 and have eliminated over $23,000 in debt with no derogs on my credit report. (I have a 705 Score now) I have been following this case. They had over 90,000 clients with a little over 250 BBB complaints.

i took a loan with the infamous ameriloan company. wish i would have discoverd this website before doing so. Loan=350+105 interest of 30% total owed=455 total paid 385 my question is can these people who are a native american company sue me? Has anyone been sued by them?do they have to obey the state PDL laws? Has anyone ever had an illegal PDL on there credit report? If so how did you handle it? I used the search function and was really confused. maybe putting the answer in simple terms would be cool. I am retarded.

I was behind on payments on a credit card from Providian, and found out that it had been sent to a collection company called CACH, LLC. In August of 2008, a civil claim judgement was filed against me for $2,395. This shows up on my credit report as a public item. I haven't received any information from anyone on how to pay this or whether payment plans are available. I would like to pay it off and get it off of my credit report, but I don't know how or who to contact. Any suggestions?
