I received a call from a Workman Law Office in Jacksonville, FL. They said they were going to proceed with an order to a judge for worthless check on a payday loan if I didnt come up with $510 by noon today. Can they actually do this? What are my legal rights? Please Help!!!

while i am enthused about members returning.i'm not in this case.he has disputed me on a couple of IL pdl forums.also i noticed the post about PDL OWNER as a debt sam.he has also taken to saying that he is a creditor on here to intimidate and harrass.none of which is true.he even went as far as to say that if a lender is not licensed legaly you don't have to repay.that goes against what we have been preaching for the 2 plus years he was gone.the threads are final battle.

i sent an ach withdrawl letter to paydayloan yes saying that i revoke ach drafts and will only pay with money orders if they give me a physical address.i got this is response...what should i do now?.. p.s. the loan was for $350 and ive already paid $105. .Your email does not forgive your debt nor will it deflect further collection actions on your loan accounts. We did not solicit your business. You went outside of your state and took the loan. Please reference your loan contract, the Loan Note & Disclosure Statement, the Governing Law section.

and can they take you to small claims court if you dont work

I have sent both email and certified letters to my illegal payday loan lenders and they keep calling me at work after I told them they could not contact me. Also they are not responding to the letters I sent. What do I do now?!

Sent all my letters July 27th. Three days later received $475 refund (overpaid above principal I owed) along with Confidentiality letter. They will send PIF letter upon receipt. What a surprise that was. Waiting to hear from the others. Had a problem with cell phone and can't receive messages right now, and haven't received any e-mails. Thanks to everyone here for your help. I am looking for advise on what to do. I am not able to afford this debt right now. I will give you all the info that I can think of. This started about one year ago. I had a debt for aprox $15,000 which was turned over to collections (Arrow Financial Services) after I agreed to settle this account for $4,000 with Bank of America. Bank of America didn't take the $4,000 out of my account on the day they said they would and then turned it over to collections the next day.

Long story, I have a negative balance with my Chase bank account. I want to make payments; however, I cannot pay it all at once. Does anyone have an address for correspondence for their checking account department. The only one I could find was their card services? Also, whom should I send payments to?
