I sent a Debt Validation letter to MEDICREDIT INC on July 15th, and just found a response in my mailbox today. I would like some advice concerning the acceptability of the response, and what course of action to pursue. The letter I sent is basically the same as the one found here, with a few changes made to the introduction.

ZIP19 HAS DEPLOYABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS WITH A DEMEANING NATURE.

Oneclickcash, Nationwidecash, and 500fast cash are blowing up my phones. They received their cease letters and I have two complaints against them with my state. MS is moving very slow, it has been over a month and they have no updates on my case. The BBB has stopped investigating my complaint against these lenders due to their failure to respond or refusing to attempt to reach a resolution. What is going to happen? I am not answering their calls. It has been over 2 months now since I closed my accounts. No offers for a PIF whatsoever.

to settle w/ BOA? Or sign up with a Debt Settlement Co.?

I don't remember my password Anyway, I already asked questions on the 2 companies I have PDL's with.. MYCASHNOW DISCOUNT ADVANCES I closed my bank account after making 1 last payment today. The girl told me that if any more ACH debits come in that my account would be reopened. I of course had an inkling this would happen so when I closed my account I also stopped my direct deposit from going into any account and will get a hard check from now on. I was told if the account is closed , the ACH would reopen the account but no fee would be charged and no money paid out.

Can anyone give any advise? They just contacted me last week and said that they were going to sue me if I didn't pay a settlement amount by August 7. Is this possible? Is Web pay Day legal in SC?

Not sure where to start, but fortunately haven't gotten as deep as some. I live in Florida. I have a storefront loan with Ace Cash Express for $500, and pay $552 every two weeks then readvance... I also have an online loan with Integrity (www.iadvancecash.com) for $300, to pay it off it's $390, but they have now rolled it over twice, they auto-debit my account $90 every two weeks. And now I have another online loan, this one with mycashnow.com, for $460. To pay it off it's $557.89.

Ace has threatened to come to my place of business and establish contact here, they have also said they are going to put a hold on my SSN and DL# and thet they are going to garnish my wages. I have tried to make arrangements with them, but they want all or nothing. Please help!
