Hi, I accepted a position while on unempoyment, I accepted this position and stopped unemployment on start date. I have been working at this site now for 2 weeks n what is expected of me to do I know I will not be able to produce. This position will require at minimum 3 people to effectively produce effectively. I cant stay there, I can sleep at night knowing I will not be able to produce whats expected of me which was not conveyed to me at the interview. Being a EAW temp. employee and I quit can I resume my unemployment benefits to look for another job?

Hey, I guess I mostly need to vent and wanted to see if anyone had any insight.. when i got home today i noticed a notice from my city's department of health - it said to call a number because of a complaint and violation. on the back it said: "you must stop dumping dog feces over the back yard fence onto the city owned property. If you continue to do so, a court summons (underlined) will be issued for your arrest" has anyone heard anything like this? i am terrified! first of all let me explain, i live next door to a block of two city owned houses. they are disgusting!

This is another thread about my brother's medical bill (i am sorry!) but this is a completely new question and my other thread was so old and dated that i did not want to make things confusing. someone please correct this thread if i am in the wrong. long story short, my brother has medical bills from an emergency surgery to remove his appendix. his bill is much larger than he can afford and is working with charity care.

I've been calling around gathering all my information, so I call CashNet, they sold it, to AIS, they sold it to NCA, they sold it to CTL Associates. So I call CTL associates, what jack****!!! They say they don't have it.

I no longer can work because of medical problems. I do have proof from the VA hospital. What can I do to not pay anymore. I live only on my SSI.

I have two internet loans and one store front. After looking at my bank statement I have paid One CLick Cash $500 when I only borrowed $300 and they say I still owe $417. What should I do? THe other is Cold Cash Today still owe $120and Checksmart it was $567

I am at the end of mo 5 w/ B of A negotiations are close. I had prev said I could settle w/ them for $6k on acct apx 35% of bal... now since no $ coming in I have less this month and they are not willing to settle... They Say I have option to next month since it is close to end of mo/chg off date, but want me to pay like $425 to keep alive as first of 4 pmts offered as settlement, and renogotiate next month for lesser balance... Not sure if this is a possiblilty. Anybody have any input. thanks. P
