how do you deal with storefront payday loans in texas

do i need a debt validation company or should i handle these debtors on my own

I was tryingt o find out if Cash-Installment is a legal lender in Texas. How would I find that infomraiton?

I have several payday loans, 1 first cash direct, 2 plain green loans 3,get cash usa are they legal in texas

I have been reading alot on this site about payday loan help. I have 7 loans and cannot afford to keep up the payments. My bank account is now overdrawn, so I guess they will decline the ACH withdrawals due to come out on Friday. I have opened a new account with another bank and directed my direct deposit payroll check to that account. I am not sure what to do next.

I received a collection letter from National Credit Adjusters for a payday loan that was in 2009. I am a resident of Tennessee. I sent in a debt validation letter and I sent it return receipt... I received a notice back from this Saturday in the mail. It was a very basic letter stating it was the Loan Agreement and Federal Truth in Lending Disclosures. It did have an amount but it stated that I owe them WAY more than I borrowed. It stated that I had to make one payment of 1,102.50 on 9/18/2009. I only borrowed 4-500 dollars and I "renewed" it about three times.

recently our bank account was hit with agarnishment.my husband has a judgement for a credit card totaling 18,000.00.They froze 377.00.Will they continue to garnish account?Should we try to work with creditors attorney for payment plan?or is this to late?

Hi, I just go a letter from collection agency about my loan from Plain Green ..I found out also that Plain Green is not legal in California. I can't remember anymore how much I have paid directly to them. Is there a way to stop the collection agency.

Hello, I had an installment loan that i got behind on. The company "charged it off" and I made an agreement to pay the balance, which included the interest i would have paid plus the principal. This is showing up on my credit report as every single month 120+ past due..is the correct reporting? I assumed it would show up as a charge off. thanks for any help, sherry
