If the collection agency suing me enters the entire account number in a letter to me would this mean they probably have valid proof of the debt or are these companies always given the entire account number no matter what? Sorry, I'm not very educated on this.

From reading all these comments has anyone heard if they are legal to garnish your check in Arizona from this company? Thanks

Ok, if yu get a letter from a collection law agency and you can prove they have falsified a document, ie.. the initial letter sent to consumer. Can and would you address that in a court of law and would see send the Ca proof that you know its fraud in an attempt to settle the account prior to court.
