Where can i find a timplete letter to send these credit places asking them to delete the inquires

I have one account that Was delinquent/derogatory should i remove it from my credit? If i do remove it what type of impact will it have on my score.

Hello, I received a court summons from a local attorney on behalf of a collections agency (LVNV Funding LLC) who purchased a debt from an original creditor. I was SHOCKED to be served with a summons yesterday. I have been working hard over the past 6 months to pay off debts and build my credit and a court judgment would ruin all of my progress. My husband is deployed in Afghanistan for a year, so I am already extremely stressed.

Does anyone know where I can find a sample of the letter that i need to send to lenders to revoke authorization from my bank account and garnish wages.I am trying to do this on my own and would appreciate any help,thanks!

I had a vehicle reposessed about 7 years ago. The debt was apparently transferred to a midland credit company who is now, 7 years later, trying to garnish my wages. I thought debt expired after 5 years in Florida? Also, I never received a copy of the "transfer of debt" showing this company. I never had a loan with Midland, I had it with NMAC. Any information on what to do would help.

They are threatening me with a wage assignment on a loan that was defaulted on June 8th and have a few questions that THEY won't answer. Do they have to give any advance notice for taking my wages? Is there a max they can take per paycheck or can they leave me with nothing? I'm scared I'm not going to get a paycheck this week and freakin' out. The owner said he would make a payment arrangement/settlement with me of $500 to keep from suing me but the loan was only $250. I feel like he's threatening me to extort me like that.

I have a question. I had a CC charged off, but it is paid in full. The first 30 days late was in Sept 04 and the last charge off reported was in Sept 05. So will this come off in 2011 or 2012??? Also is there any way to get it off my report any earlier? Thanks

What jurisdiction are they under???? The PDL is not licensed in TX but they lent to me anyway because the girl working the desk was new. I have always been a TX resident and they took a copy of my driver's license. I have defaulted. They are giving me sue threats. Where does the jurisdiction lie??? Plz help. Thanks!! :?:
