Hi, I'm 80 k in cc debt. total payments per month 2300.00 more than my take home pay, my house in worth 125000 and my mortgage is 125000 , i pay 1075.00 per month . I have no car payments , my cars 1995 and 1999 .student loans 160.00 per month married with 4 children wife stays at home i make 3600 a month before taxes . should i file bankruptcy.????????//

I plan to mail a Expired SOL letter to a collections company. How should I send it. I have a week or so to get it to them. What do they normally do after getting this? What do I need to expect. Thanks

Does anyone know of any banks out there that i can open up a checking account with? i live in PA and have 2 things on chexsystems that i am currently paying back to the bank through a plan...i live in PA if that helps also, is chexsystems 5 years for removal? my one item should be dropping off in august if that's the case, though would that still be if i was still paying it off?

I am paying my Lowes account which is with a collection agency. I know about validation and so on. On my credit report Lowes is reporting my Condition as Derogatory but I have been making payments to the collection co. for several months. Should I bother in asking Lowes to change my condition to read Pay as Agreed, or Current. Anything but Derogatory. Or will they even bother to change it, cause of the 7 year rule??

Need some help with this...I have a company calling and calling me about a payday loan that I supposedly took out approx. 2 years ago (maybe longer) ... they say they are a lawyers office and calling to collect on a loan that I never paid.

I have been reading into these tradeline accounts. I have been talking to creditpro that has worked up a package for me to add two lines of credit to my credit file to help raise my credit. Two lines of aged credit with lines of 14,000. Will this help my credit much? I need a boost in my credit because i have very little and everything i have is new. Im looking to buy a house in the next 6 months. They said it would inprove my credit by like 200 points. Its not cheap and thats fine with me if it will really work, Any input would be great

Hello everyone. I posted here a few months ago about some payday loans I had. I sent them all a letter asking them to stop calling me,my work and my contacts and keep everything I writing either through email or mail. Well I have got the ones who replied back paid off. 2 I have never heard back from and they are now not even answering my emails or even showing I have a account with them. I just got a call from a guy for one of the payday loans and he left a message saying that I had 2 days to call him back or he would personally hand this over to the state for legal action.

I have a few PDL's and today I closed my account "hard close" so that my account cant be forced open. I am working on my letters and want to send them out today and tomorrow. I would like to know if anyone has any info on where to find out if these places are legal or not. Thank you

Hi All, Has anyone ever experience not re-paying back a loan. Say for instance you close the account that the loan was deducting fees from. What happen then. Do they try to garnish your wages or does it go on your credit. I am talking about for online loans particularity paydayone.com
