I have an offer from Installment Loan Experts, I am in a nutshell looking to borrow, 2000.00 to 2500.00 to pay off within the year. But I am not sure who is legitimate, and I am from California which seems to be a strange state when it comes to aquiring loans locally. Please advise.

Are online installment loans from Check n Go legal in AL? If so, does anyone have any advice on dealing or settling with Fairway Capital Recovery collection agency? Can they garnish my wages?

Can anyone tell me if the Check N Go Installment Loans are legal in California? Took out a loan for $2500 & they are taking out the payment of $280 bi weekly. Needless to say I can't keep this up! Any info would be helpful. I looked them up on the California Corporation website & I can only find that they are licensed as a "Deferred Deposit Originator" which is the $255 payday lender in Cali.

Hello All, Can you be sued if you took out a PDL and live in NY. Ive paid way more than i should have on a loan to Nationwide Cash. I just got a call from them - and so did my co- worker (and they gave them a lot of info - kind of embarassing :(. Anyway this guy left me a voicemail at work saying that i have such a great payment history and they want to know whats going on. If i dont call back they are going to send it to Arbitration. I filed chapter 7 BK Ans it was dishcharged Sep 2011. Well we got in some financial. Jams with payday loans, about $8000. Plus I had my car report, which I was stuck with about $6000, could I file change 13 BK?

I received a call from a Dwane that stated that I wrote a bad check to Big Sky Payday Loan, which I know is not true as I call Big Sky tonight to find out that I have never had a loan with them. He stated that if I did not pay the $800.00 by end of business today (5:00 pm) a bench warrant would be issued for my arrest. It had me really upset when we hung up and in tears. I have never ever been in any trouble in my whole life and do not want to start now.

Has anybody heard of a company called westwood mediation? I have been getting calls from them 3-4 times a day for the last couple of weeks. They want to me call to make sure my personal statement included in my file. The message is odd it is automated and in two different voices. Any information would be helpful. Thanks

I don't know if this is the correct place to ask but today I stupidly accepted a rollover option at check n go to an installment loan of $2600.00 that was at about 3pm today - I have changed my mind, I do not want the loan. Will i be able to cancel this loan an just re-pay the original loan. I tried to call check n go but offices are closed. I did send an e-mail. I am hoping somebody can ease my mind and let me know if this is possible. It seems like it should be. Thank You. Stephen
