I'm filing for bankruptcy and can't find the addresses for Vince Enterprise or the Loan Shop. Anyone have any luck with getting the mailing addresses for these two "companies"? Any help would be truly appreciated.

I sold my house through a Short Sale Process in 2008. I bought the house in 1998 as my primary residence. In 2005 I bought a new home and put this home up for sale - of which it never sold. I intermittently had renters in there while trying to sell. But now I guess I am being told that I must claim the cancellation of debt monies as income since it was not my primary residence. Is there any loop holes or ways around this? This was never purchased as rental property. Help! I need some advice quick! Thanks!

Should the attroney I saw have told me what chapter of BK he was planning on filing? I have no clue, he talked to us told us what would be safe and what issues might come up, told us the bills would be wiped out and sent us with this whole packet. How do I know what chapter this is? I don't think 13 will work for me being self employed. I have no idea from month to month what my income will be.
