When you file for ch7 or ch13 how many years of tax returns do they usually look at and how many years of bank statements

Hello everyone, I've gathered the information you all require to better guide me on dealing with these payday loan trap I'm currently in.

I want to thank this board for helping me get through my bad situation. I was going to file for bankruptcy but decided to do debt settlement and it worked out much better than expected. Thanks to all the people at Solicitation Removed for holding my hand and helping me to become debt free.

So I live in MS and I have taken out 3 storefront pdl's and 3 internet pdl's. I'm getting to where all I am doing is running around paying these loans and rewriting. I owe City View Cash, 123 Cashnet, and Magnum. I also have storefront pdls. I honestly do not know how to get out from under these! I figured the other day that I have paid $385 to city view cash and I only borrowed $260. They tried to say that I was paying extension fees but that was not mentioned when I took the loan.

Ok so I have been getting calls from this wonderful (cough) collection agency. Its regarding a credit card that I apparently forgot about...I only charged 36.72 on the things...but anyways CSC wants me o pay 800.00 on it. My question is they spoke to my husband who is not on this account and tried to set up pymt arrangements. Are they allowed to disclose the information to him without my consent. anyone else notice they never respond? i have clicked it several times, and i am always 1st in que, but then it always say leave a message. kinda pointless to have the option if it isn't going to work. just my $.02

I got a phone call from these people and they used my maiden name. I have been married for 7 years now and I have no idea what these people could possibly want at this point. And why they are using my maiden name is beyond me. Hasn't the limitation thing run out on them by now even if there is an old debt?

I think this is actually a good thing (the info overload) but my head is spinning! I am not sure where to start... Anyway...I am in NJ and have / had the following PDLs: Lender Amt. Amt pd Status United Cash 300 480 PIF 500 Fast Cash 300 830 (ouch!!) open (ouch!!!) United Cash 350 0 - first pmnt due 2/27 of 125 So based on what I have read...this is how I need to proceed...please tell me if I am wrong!!!! 1.

I lost my job back in September 2008. My husband and I are having a hard time keeping the payments up to date. When President Obama Stimulus package bill was passed I thought there was hope for us. Citi sent me an Urgent package from UPS, stating to call them and they will lower my monthly payments. I was excited. To my surprise they wanted another payment before they would even look at lowering anything for us. I thought that was pretty strange. I'm already behind and having a hard time and they are still trying to get as much as they can out of me. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Good afternoon! Can they PDL company send your name to the Credit companies? or Chex? If they do how should it be handle expecially if you live in a state where PDL are illegal? Thanks for your help!
