Collection Bureau Hudson Valley, Inc. Called my Son about where I might be.. They left message with him detailed message. I requested Validation back in Aug 2008 they never replied instead they are calling around trying to embarrasses me with family... As they know where I am and they also have my # however they have not called me since Aug when they got my request for Validation. How they found my son baffles even me as he is 36 married and is not on any of my accounts in fact to tie us in took some fancy work on their part which is scary to think they did that.

Hello everyone I have lost plenty to these rigged internet gambling sites. I want to dispute the charges with my credit card company but I do not want to tell them that I didn't authorize them. Plus I don't even think they'll believe that due to the amount that I will be disputing (A few thousand) Does anyone have any idea what I could tell them?

I was checking my CR's and saw that my Capitol One accounts are about to drop off my CR. One in 12/09 the amount is now $1,717 credit limit was only $200, the other one will fall off 10/09 with a balance of $1,939 that also had a limit of $200. They would post my payment late so they could get me with a late fee then the late fee would put me over the limit so they would get me with an over the limit fee so I told them to kiss off and I would only pay the original amount. And as you can see they never agreed.

The Clark Howard Show on CNN today did a segment about Pay Day Loans. He is really smart and has common sense information about finances. He said that you should NEVER get a payday loan. He said that payday loans are the worst ways to EVER get money. Now, if everyone would listen. He has a great show and give good advice about things.

I sent afni a DV letter and they sent a letter back to me and it says WTF do they think I am nuts to give them that info. When all they sent me was a photocopy of the last page of my phone bill :x Never sent me anything that told me when and how my last payment was made. I am disputing this because I believe it is past the SOL and they shut my service off and still billed me for 2 months before closing my account.

Alright I have my letters together and ready to send to my PDL illegal lenders. Question though: Do they call your references and harass them? As well as your work? Should I inform my work? I'm so embarrassed what should I say? What is the website to check for unlicensed PDL internet places for IL?
