Help me please. I live in the state of Delaware and I have the following loans. I am going to be sending letters of ACH revocations and closing my checking account. Can I just send one generic letter to my payroll to say I DO NOT ACCEPT AN WAGE ASSIGNMENTS FROM ANYONE or do i have to list them individually. I dont want to lose my job. This is very humiliating. My wife has been unemployed for over a year and I got all these to save my house. Please advise what I can do and who is legal and illegal.

I have a private loan through the State of MN through a company called Firstmark Services. They only allow for two periods of deferment of four months apiece. I have used up both. I will make this short since it seems long posts go to Spam heaven. With United Cash loans I took out $800 and have paid back $480. I have had them for over 3 years and re-loaned a few times to the tune of about $2800 loaned to me and a total including fees paid back tot hem of $9200. I sent them a revocation email letting them know that I wanted them to use the illegal interest they charged me before to cover the remaining $320 left on the current loan.

If I paid off a credit card that was sold to a 3rd party-Goldstien, henderson and Weiss. Can I dispute on my credit report with the original creditor to have this removed? I just check my credit report and it has the credit card on there as dergotary, it was im assuming sold to goldstein.

Well, After reading the wonderful advise on here, I was able to get a refund from American Web Loan. They were not having it at first, but they finally agreed to give me a refund - not what I originally requested and should have been paid, but it will do. Thank you everyone for your great advice.
