My Experian report show comenity/Cathrins and I'm trying to just get this erased off my report and the person I talked to at comenity says I have to call Experian? Really don't understand.

I currently have 5 internet payday loans out. I am an Indiana Resident.

I am new to this site, but have found the responses to be so well worded. Here goes my dilema: I have taken out a few, what I always considered "Internet Pay-Day Loan" but have to find out some of these are considered "Lines of Credit" instead. I have paid most of them off directly- but in November, I had a Collection Agency for one I defaulted on scare me that if I did not make an immediate payment, that I would be placed under arrest for fraud. Yes, I defaulted on the loan. My bank account closed my account NOT ME.

I received a call at work to call 866-606-9942 for me to call them urgently. When I did call them back they mentioned that they had 2 accounts witht hem. One was from a PDL that I had in 2006 (I know for a fact that I paid it off) and the other one from Bank of America for $4,200. I am saying "What?"... When was that account opened and how come it doesn't even show on my credit report. The woman said that it was from 2002 that BOA charged it off and now they want their money back. I told her that the SOL has expired, was charged off and didn't even show on my CR.

I was granted an installment loan in Alabama. However I live and work in Georgia. Is this legal?

I have a long standing debt with WAMU for an old credit card. Several years ago, I was contacted by an outfit in Houston, TX. I made arrangements with them to make payments on the debt. I sent them quite a few payments; never heard from them again. I got concerned and wrote, asking for an accounting of the payments and the debt; no answer. Concerned that I was sending money to a black hole, I stopped sending payments & heard nothing. Later, I got a privacy statement from a CA Holding, Inc..

I am getting calls from collectors who are trying to collect on a payday loan that was supposedly taken care of by Progressive Debt Relief program a few years ago, what do I do....should I call the actual payday loan company or call Progressive, the calls are getting rediculous and they are now calling family members of mine, Im getting so stressed out about this, please help

I've received a FINAL NOTICE letter from P.N Financial addres listed as Skokie IL 60076 This letter lists Original Creditor mycashnow and gives an original account number plus a P.N. File number. Current balance 831.42 It goes on to say that I have been repeatedly advised of a long overdue balance and can avoid further penalty and interest by resolving the matter by 01/25/2013, and is my final opportunity to resolve without additional penalties in interest.

I sister has been getting calls from 855-483-1856 and 855-849-6236 . The numbers belong to BOURDO JILIANO a collection agency. They have been harrassing me. Does anyone have information on this collection agency. Is this a scam???Thanks for your help

I just recently got a 1099C from the Toyota corp, for 3,169.66 for a car that was repoed back in June of 2006. I don't know what this means there was not identfiable event code and I am scared I don't know what this means can someone help me and how does this affect my tax return especially my refund?
