I can not find any information on this company. They have taken out a judgement against me. How can I get in touch with them to resolve this matter?

I took out a payday loan last year with Lazer Lending. I paid them off last december. I did not have the loan long. However, this past friday they debited my bank account for the 300.00 in one transaction and 90.00 in another transaction. Thank God the money was in there or I would have been in hot water. but the money that was in my account is for something else and now I don't have the money in the account to pay the bill that has yet to go through my account. I am contacting my bank tomorrow and filing a dispute. But what should i do about lazer lending?

They show no payment history, CO on the report and in the notes it says repossessionre? I thought this for only cars? NCO claims to have the account. They say they are working on behalf of AMEX and AMEX claims they have nothing to do with the account? Does this mean it is charged off and NCO bought the account? What do I need placed in the settlement letter and who do I settle with? Thanks

I currently have 4 Payday Loans with online lenders (details below): CashNetUsa - $1050.00 PayDayOne - $550.00 PayCheckToday - $500.00 InstantCashUsa - $400.00 2 of the lenders have already debited my checking account for partial payments. Currently my account is $720.00 in the negative. It appears that my bank (Wachovia) cleared the withdrawals even though I did not have the funds in my account. I have since changed my direct deposit and opened another account.

I work for the federal government and also in the military and being sue for money from a creditor. It is leagal for them to garnish your wage and levy your bank account at the same time and your wage is being directly deposited into the levy account. I no longer live in the state of expected wage garnishment and now live and work in texas for the federal government. Can this follow me to texas?

I did debt consolidation with them and was told not to speak to creditors during the process. I recently signed limited power of attorney to my creditors so they may contact them. I think I may have made a mistake. Their name came up on ripoffreport.com when I checked.
