So I cant seem to find any answers on the above. I am being sued by WW&R. I am trying to find out what happens in PA after a judgment is granted? Also I have a joint account with my wife, but if a judgment is granted it will only be against me. Can they levy the bank account since its joint? Do they levy right away or do I have options of setting up a payment schedule? Any one thats been through this or has knowledge on this, your help is greatly appreciated.

I have DMK Ass. Calling my home. They have called a few times and I haven't been home to answer the phone. Well now they started calling and my caller Id comes up with a local # but when I answered it was a recording from them telling me to call them. They are not local I live in a small town and they aren't located here. i'm in missouri is this legal for them to falsely use another # on caller id

Hi everyone; I am new to this site. I have about $90,000 in credit card debt with about 10 different creditors. I started a debt settlement program about 3 months ago and so far everything is going as expected. Like everyone else I am most concerned about being sued. The company I am working with, although they act more like coaches than anything, tells me that most likely I will NOT be sued...only a 1 in 10 chance. If all goes as planned I will have enough for settlement within the next 13 months for all of my creditors. I live in Michigan.

Hello everyone; I am new to this site but have been reading a lot of posts and am worried that I made a mistake in going the debt settlement route, instead of debt consolidation. I have about 90,000 in credit card debt with 10 creditors. My husband and I can make the minimum payments on each account but that is it, and we also end up using the credit cards to make it through each month. So, after a lot of thought and research we decided to do debt settlement.

So we have one internet and 6 storefront So far this is the current news Mister Money storefront--will hold until 1/08/09, gave us the number to their collection department for us to work something out with and will take payments in the storefront for the collection department check into cash--will hold check until first week of February, which we will pay it off before then Advance America- they want half down to start a payment plan, hubby told them nope sorry, he lost his job without notice and we have not begun receiving unemployment yet, we are supposed to call them back Hometown--sa

i urge everyone not to take out any loans from any company. There are alot of scams out there. Save yourselves from them. By the way...cash2day4u.com has shut down. This means the heathmill co. Is probably gonna start another website. You are forwarned. The ftc is coming down hard on aaron gershfield and his idiot friends at heathmill for his illegal operations. Payday loans, especially over the internet, are not a good thing to try!!! Trust me.
