I have a total of 12 PDL's open right now. Every 2 weeks I travel (all storefronts) to each of them and hand them 300.00 in cash and ask for a reloan, which gives me back 255.00. AT the end of the day I have spent 540.00 just to keep myself out of trouble with these compaines and basically "floating" the loans. SOme of these have been open for 6 months while a few of them are not more than a month old. I am new to this site and I am really confused on the rights I have.

I admit up until now I have been a credit retard and now my score is S.O.L but I want to change it. where do I start? I have heard that things only stay on the report for so long, is that true and if so how long is that? there are 8 negative things on my report dating back to 02 should I pay off the old things or the new things first? the total amout that I own is under 3,000 is there any sort of consolidation service that can help me??

What exactly is the purpose of a Notice to Appear? I had recently received a summons and complaint for three debts (Two hospitals and one Doctor's office) which I had already paid off. I sent in my answer, with proof of the cleared checks paid to the OC's. Now my daughter called me and told me that a notice to appear was sent to my ex-husband's house, but was addressed to a house he rented over a year ago. I had provided my current and correct address on my answer to the summons. He had given it to her to deliver to me. I had her open it so she could tell me what it was.

hey guys, I am new at this so bare with me. I have a citibank credit card that I "inherited" during my divorce in 1999. i eventually got into a dmp and payed it down over the years. The balance on it is around 3900.00. I stopped using the DMP in June 08 because we hit a rough spot and I could not even afford those payments. When I opted out of the DMP, I called Citibank asked asked them for a monthly payment plan. They sent my account to another agency that told me that I had to come up with around 800.00 before they could give me payments of around 100.00.

I am writing because I am worried that a decision I have made to give this company my banking info can be a bad one. I want so badly to get rid of this debt I agreed to let them ACH my account for $134 of the $1332 balance. After Doing this I read some horror stories about this company and would like to know what recourse I have since I verbally agreed to do this? I 've even considered closing my bank account so they couldn't take advantage of me. Please Help

from some place that is using fulton sheriffs dept. in Atlanta GA. some person by the name of investor phillips. I called this number back and it is a recorded msg. that says: you have reached the fulton sheriffs dept. warrant processing. please leave your name, warrant number. I left my name and the warrant number with a phone number for them to call me back. So about two min. later I get a call back from this female phillips, she says a warrant was set on her desk that a warrant was going to be issued in kaufman county texas tomorrow for me if I did not contact this Mr. Ross.

I have dealt with Chase I am wondering if they are handling WaMu cards yet? My divorce has me dealing with most of our debt. I need some help on WaMU, and Juniper (Barclay's Bank)

He has the phone numbers on the companies who are calling him. He called one back and they said it was for a Mobil charge card for $78 but they would take $21 today, The kicker, the debt is from 1997. This guy is old and disabled and I want to help him out. Should I contact all these numbers for him, get the mailing addresses and send a debt validation letter on all of them for him? I know the SOL in my state is 6 years. He said he has a few debts but all are 7 or more years old. Am I better off just sending a cease and desist?
