Mother in Hospice ?

My mother is in Hospice care & physically and mentally doing very poorly.  This past Friday a company representing the nursing home she came from served her papers for a dept of $24,000 and change.

I sent a debt validation letter certify to an Attorney who is a third party collecting on a debt. The debt is no longer on my credit report. When I got the valdiation from the law firm. The original document wasn't sent. The firm only provide me with a regular copy paper type with my information; name, address, ss#, creditor who had the loan, and it wasn't the original creditor. This debt had been sold maybe three to four times to different creditor. Would this be a validation? Being that I wasn't provided the original nor promissary notice.

I got a call from ACS & Associates.  The guy started off with a bunch of crap about how they were giving me 2 days to take care of the situation or they would be taking me to court.  He said so much its hard to remember what all he told me.  I did have a payday loan with Seaside and back in Oct.

I have gottten myself into payday loan hell...   Listed below are the lenders and amounts borrowed and amounts paid.  I live in Wisconsin and unsure about the laws,  based on what it says is that if I sought them out I am responsible.  I have gotten threatening calls saying I was going to get arrested and good luck.  I have tried to make good on these loans, however like I said this has spiraled out of control.  My checking accounts have gone into default, one is 1300.00 in the hole and I am in collections for that.  The other one is barely floating as I

This company called my job and said they needed to speak with me regarding a "recommendation" but i googled the name and it looks like they are a collections agency...i had PDL's and i closed down my accounts.  Most of the companies marked my accounts "paid in full"  but there are a few that arent working with me and sent me to collections.  the ones that arent working with me ive paid way more in the finance fees than the actual loan.  my question about the collection agency is are they legal in NY (where i live) and are they legit?  I have no problem pay

So something told me to randomly check my credit report and I realized the Los Angeles Fire Dept had charged me for an ambulance ride that occurred in February of 2012.

I received NO bills in the mail. I didn't see where they had tried to bill my insurance company. I didn't receive any phones etc. The only bill I received in the mail was from the actual hospital I was sent to and paid them off in a timely manner. I never got anything from the Fire Dept.
