Hey everyone, i just learned about a company called "Practical debt solutions" which is based in Ft Lauderdale, FL. They claim to reduce your debt by up to 60%.
What are the advantages and disadvantages to these debt consolidation programs??
Just wanted to let everyone know that a week ago i was a nervous wreck over PDLS, but i closed acct and today i received email from one click cash settling for 160 and all fees paid to date will be applied, also received email from zip19 and they are also settling for principal only, still have epayday and geneva roth and are not budging, but wanted you all to know it can be done, DONT GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Guys I need your help. My 5 year old male "fixed" cat keeps going #1 on our clothes!!! Please don't think my house is a mess, its clothes that on in the laundry room, while I'm waiting to put them in the machine. It would seem he is going #2 in the litter box, but won't go #1. My husband is of course throwing a fit telling us we have to get rid of him!! What can I do. This is the only cat I've ever owned so I'm not sure how to handle. Do you think getting a new litter box would work? We clean it everyday, faithfully. Thanks for any suggestions, Reny
my friend on Social Security Disability and someone said he should be careful. He won $4,000 on a scratch ticket and is worried that it will affect his benefits, he is 31. Also when he cashes it, he has a judgment against him from a debt collector, right now he is judgment proof because his income is exempt and he has no assets. Will the lottery know he has this judgment and will they hold his winnings on him?
I told him to take the $1,500 or whatever it is and file a chapter 7.
Good evening everyone! I finally called the 2 remaining pdl's back today and told them I was going to see another attorney about filing bankruptcy. I still don't see how I can possibly afford this, but I will try! Surprisingly, they were much more pleasant than the one that called using her cell phone. This is the one that I really wanted to tell that I know my rights now, and what could she do in my case? But I didn't. How long is it going to take for ones like that to realize they will have MUCH better results by being pleasant??!!
i have a cd with my bank and my accounts that are about to enter the settlment program are with the same bank. will my cd be affected once i'm delinquent?
I sent this letter via certified mail in response to an attempt to collect notice. I responded within 10 days and never heard anything three months later I get a summons. Did I not send the proper letter or should they have responded?
