Can payday loans be added onto a deb consolidation program?

My bank account is negative due to ameriloan pulling NSF fee after NSF fee. These NSF fees are from Ameriloan still withdrawing after I have given them a written ACH revocation. The Bank of America Electronic Claims Department says there is nothing they can do to refund these NSF fees even if I file a claim. The revocation was delivered to Ameriloan a full 3 business days before their first claim. Would a bank manager at a branch be able to help me get this resolved. I filed a claim on their latest debits, but BofA says nothing will come of the claim. What do I do?

i have about 12000 dollars in debt. can i get a good monthly payment

I have an installment loan out with Ace Cash Advance, a subsidiary of Ace Cash Express, in Illinois. The loan was for 1000 dollars, with bi-weekly payments of 225 dollars. I was to make 10 total payments of 225. I have rolled this loan over twice and am now 5 payments through it, but I cannot make the payment this week. I know they are going to cash my check, but it won't clear. I'm terrified and feel lost. Can I do anything to make arrangements? If I can, what type of arrangement can I expect? I feel like a total loser right now, and I hope someone has some advice for me.

I am currently enrolled with Care one Credit, I had asked them for a copy of the proposals they have with my third collection party accounts so I could keep track of what I owe since I do not get statements from them like I do with my credit card company accounts so I can start deducting what I owe. Do I have any rights per FDC to receive this from them, they said they could not send it to me due to creditor sensitive information that they couldn't share.

Anyone been sucessful with a settlement with Cap I? If yes, can you tell me how it worked.

To what extent do CA attorneys have to go to prove the debt in court. Do they have to have pretty detailed proof or can they go in with minimal info such as a couple of old statements from the original creditor. What constitutes sufficient proof to most judges? Especially if the amount is a lot higher than the original amount owed.

Posted: 03 Nov 2008 03:17 Subject: Citi's bankrupt rumor I heard that Citi may not be able to hang in there any longer. Is that just a rumor? If it does go bankrupt just like WaMu, Goldman will take it over for sure. What will happen to the credit debts that we owed to Citibank?

Bayside Asset Recovery have threatened my wife via voice mail. She happens to have a PDL with ACE, I know that it is owed. But they have yet to actually speak to her, but told her on her voice mail that her license was going to be suspended, and they if she doesn't pay ACE she is going to have problems wished her the best of luck and disconnected the call. Is it not the case that leaving details on a voice mail about the debt is now a violation of fdcpa?
