American Web Loan (2) loans at $700 each - $420.00 have paid online

Castle Pay Day - $500 have paid $175.00 online

Before I close my account am I suppose to contact a processors? I'm really not sure what I need to do. Can someone help?

I acquired a loan through American Web Loan in the amount of $700 in April of 2012. As I was not able to pay back the entire amount, they deducted $200 from my checking account bi-weekly for a total of $1400, until I was unable to work due to having surgery. I e-mailed them and explained the situation, and they said I could miss one payment, but to call customer service. Problem is, when you call you are put on hold. FOREVER. I tried calling back and choosing the option to take a new loan out (just to get a human on the line) and was transferred again just to be put on hold.

I live in Oklahoma and  I have two online payday loans. Advance American/Cashnet offered me the EPP without me asking and I took it.  I notified Speedy Cash that as required under OK law, I want an EPP, which I've had before with them. I notified them on 1/9 and my due date is 1/14, and I notified them via email so I'd have proof. The response I got back was that I had a CFSA payment plan back in August and you can only have one CFSA plan per every 365 days. That is not Oklahoma's law, and I know that if a state require an EPP, then CFSA members have to follow the state, not CFSA.

I live in Houston, TX and I'm stuck in payday loan hell. After my husband lost his job things were really tight and I applied for a storefront payday loan from First Cash Advance the prinicpal loan amount was $900. Since Oct 2012 I've paid over $1407 dollars in fees. The currect payoff amount is $1,101.20. This friday I'm suppose to go in and make another payment for $201. I would like to see how I can handle this loan if I close my account.

My uncle has received a call from a company that claimed to be called consolidated. When I called the company and gave my case number that advised me that I had an outstanding payday loan from 2008 and that I had to pay 580.00 or they were going to serve me with fraud. At this point I became very nervous and pulled out my visa to pay in full. They assured me that I would receive a confirmation via email within the hour and I still have not gotten anything. I am beginning to believe this was a scam.

I was behind on my Bof A Visa, was offered a settlement through FIA card Services( June 2011). They applied my settlement as a normal payment and did not close/settle with BofA, but reassured me each time over 5 months i called thereafter it was still being processed(the settlement). I was 120 days on mortgage and 90 days on another card, which I succeeded in settling during that time.

Son had short sale in NC 11/ 09, moving to  OHIO ..Debt collector (attorney firm)contacted him in early "10 for deficiency..He contested validity of debt ..had received a 'CONGRATULATIONSFOR PAYING OFF LOAN"letter from the bank Feb '10 ..along with the SATISFACTION OF SECURITY INSTRUMENT LETTER..
