I have really messes up and have 6 PDLs all internet. SonicCash, Zip19, Star Advance, NationwideCash, MyCashNow, and NationalPayday. I am planning to go meet with my bank branch manager and close my account tomorrow and then I have drafted a letter revoking wage assignment and ACH access. I am willing to pay back any remaining principal, although I am not sure there is any when paymenst are added up. Will they still call my employer? Will they call my personal references (family)? Will they call me at work, even when I demand that all contact be via USPS or Email?

Are they a legit PDL company. I owe them $300. Trying to work it out.

I need to file right away and was wondering if anyone here can guide me as to what forms are required right away. I am in New York State, Kings County. All debt is credit cards, with one jusgement. I am filing alone and my living situation is I live with a boyfriend who is not filing, but he pays for all rent and utilities. Can anyone advise what forms are needed to be submitted right away and how to I complete the form where it asks for household income since he's not filing. Any help is appreciated.

Is there a statue of limitations for the trustee for claiming of assets in Chapter 7? We have been discharged, we have already surrendered one of our paid off vehicles and waiting for the rest to be taken. How long can this go on before they decide to take?

I have a couple cards that won't offer less than 80% and will charge-odd in another month or so. Do you think I can get a better deal after they charge-off?
