I have received 2 calls from them. I then sent the cease and desist and also filed another complaint with my attorney general. They want me to pay $839 on a $390 loan. I then got another call and was told the $839 still stands and I have until tomorrow to contact them. I have paid $270 on a 390 loan in interest alone. I am not making arrangements to pay $839. I just want this settled. How should I handle this?

Has anyone used this company that was facing a foreclosure? Did they do what was promised, or is it just a scam?

i have an old payday loan with payday2go. a woman from there called me this afternoon and informed me that if i do not give them 300 dollars by october 28th, they are going to issue a court order to my employer demanding that they (my employer) garnish my wages. my original loan was for 300 dollars. the thing is, before i closed my checking account i had paid them more than 300 dollars just in finance charges alone. what i would like to know is this: can they issue a court order for the purpose stated above? also, are they even legal? oh, and i live in maine.

Hi! I live in the knoxville area of Tennessee and got caught up in the payday loans quite some time ago! And the way they work here is i pay them back every month but have to rewrite because i cannot live without that money! So i basically give them each $30 a month! I have more of them than i am supposed to have! Does any1 have any advice to me on this? We are desparate! Going next week to consult with a bankruptcy lawyer and need to know whether to bring these into the matter!

How would I go about dealing with an old boss who has opened an ATT account in my name, using my SSN and personal information, collected for employment information? The account is now delinquent and harming my credit!

I know the answers to my question re this are here somewhere... I have decided I am to going to close my account at Chase. To be honest I dont regret this at all as I dont like Chase much and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I have planned on if not shutting the account down to transfer the majority of the transactions to a non-Chase account anyway independent of the problems I am having with the payday loans. What are the details here?

I am going to file Ch. 7 for my husband and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what website to get the correct forms for filing his ch. 7. I wanted for him to get an attorney to do it but each attorney wants between $1,400-$2,200. The only debt my husband has is 9 credit cards and 3 medical bills so I would think his ch. 7 would be easy because we own no cars or homes and he only makes $1,200.00 per month. ANy help is appreciated.

I have been getting calls from some Middle Eastern people. The main one said he was John Hardy and he was calling from National Legal Department of USA. He said I defaulted on a loan form Arrowhead Investments in March of this year. I asked how much I owed and he said let me read the affidavit. he read the laws concerning fraud. He said that Arrowhead Investments was pressing charges against me for fraud and for stealing in my county. He said the city I live in as the county name and not the county name.

I am basically being stalked by John Michaels at National Cash. He has been calling me and my BOSS at work, and leaving serveral messages on my cell phone. I would appreciate any advice. I doubt that National Cash is even a legitimate lender. This is the last email that I received from "him": You have allegedly defrauded National Cash. A prompt reply to this communication will demonstrate your intent to remedy the current violations of your contract with our company.
