My greatest source of strength has been my conversation with the mods of this forum on phone and my lunches/dinners with some of them. At times when I have felt that I could not take the strain of running this forum anymore, the laughter and ideas I have shared with the moderators have given me the energy to keep going on. I had a great conversation with one of the mods today.

sorry.I am talking about a credit card/det that I owe. and thay got a jugement on me.so thay already got into my cking/saving.but would like to know if thay can touch the s.s. disibility.please help. and thank you.

Who knows how long bad debt stays on collection agencies agendas? I mean how long will bad debt collectors pursue a payment plan? Anyone know?

if I have a jugement against me already' and thay already got into my cking/saving account.What eles can thay try to do to get there money.I do not work at this time but I do get s.s. disiblity for my two sons.can thay touch that. thank you for the help.

I was forced to abandon my credit cards 7+ years ago when I lost my job and had to leave the country. As a result, all my accounts had been charged-off within 6 months, and got sold and resold to/by multiple JDBs who have posted numerous false entries to my credit report throughout these past 7 years. I have just recently returned to the country and, when I look at my report, I see a lot of entries I want to dispute. The total amount of the original/legitimate debt had increased 4 times due to interests and double-postings from several JDBs.

6 years ago my son was involved in a serious car accident and him and his friend were injured. My son was at fault (DUI), and his car insurance had lapsed, therefore he had no insurance at the time. His medical bills were paid through my health insurance and his friend's bills were paid through his parent's insurance. We were fortunate that the other family never sued us as they thought they were both a fault. A year and a half later, his friend's insurance started sending my son letters asking him for $500,000 that they paid his friend.

Ok, so I really need help here. I posted before but I was not sure what I was doing, so here I go again. I too have been trying to deal with payday loans and i can not do it anymore. Here are the loans I have out: 1 BIG limited- borrowed $200 paid $175 they said in just interest 2 GFS(global finiancial) borrowed $200 paid $110 they said in interest 3 Paydayonline- borrowed $300 paid $180 interest again 4 cashnminutes- borrowed $200 paid $132 interest again 5 ezpaydaycash-borrowed $200 paid $120 interest again All of these were internet places. I do not even know if they are legal or not.

Can a debt collection agency report an account to my credit report more than once

I am currently in payday loan debt for about $4000 and I can see no way out. ANY IDEAS?
