My son is still getting e-mails from United Cash Loans but they were paid off almost a year and a half ago. He does not have any proof that he paid them. He owes them a little over $300.00 dollars. Are these people legal anywhere? He took the loan out in Texas. This of course was an internet based pdl. They are still asking him to pay on an account that has been paid off. Should he report them to Texas Attorney general or what should be done....what remedy do they have to collect if they are illegal?

I had a balance with dish network, and I had not paid it. Yesterday they decided to withdraw the amount that I owed from my checking account with out my approval. Can they do that? Is that legal even though I did not authorize the withdrawal?

I have loans with big, gfs, cashnminutes, and ezpayday cash. I live in new mexico, i have been paying on each one and simply can not do it anymore. Investigator watson is harrassing me about cashnminutes. He says i have to pay $750 for a loan that was only $266. He is horrible he made me feel white trash. What is the worst these people can do to you if you do not pay anymore? Will i go to jail ? I am so confused

A got a judgement against me in court yesterday for $1900. I am in Texas a know that they can not garnish my wages. My question is if I take out everything but $25.00 from my checking account, and move my direct deposit wage check, can they find out where I have move it to so they can freeze my account? If they do not have the info on where I sent money to, will they be able to find it?My wages are the only money I have coming in to live on and I have so many medical bills that If they freeze my account , I will not be able to have enough to get needed medications.

I thought I was doing the HOF posts . . . . I've been doing them for over a year now, and had one all ready for Mobile. Should I stop doing this? I think it looks bad when one person makes them all big and nice and says a bunch of nice things about the person, and someone else does one that is very short. It makes it look like I don't like mobile or something.
